The Club Jumper
The exact origins of the traditional Club Jumper are to this day in question. Though we can not say for sure whether or not this iconic style was invented on the green lawns of Plough Lane, we do know it has rich history within the halls of Clubhouse Archives dating back to the Prince of Whales himself. He popularized a sleeveless version of this style, which he wore on the fairways of Great Britain. The US Open Champion, Malcom D. Whitman in 1902 wore a version of the knit pullover with a crew neck and V shaped adornment.
